When your teeth reach the desired brightness, only occasional touch ups are needed to maintain your new smile. We will take a shade of your teeth coloration before and after whitening. Dental whitening can be used to correct tooth discoloration. Discolorations can be caused by staining, aging, or chemical damage to teeth. Using the latest in bleaching technology, we can offer a safe method for creating a beautiful brilliant smile. In cases of extreme tooth discoloration, crowns or veneers may be the only choice although it is always advisable to try whitening first.

Trays are made for the patient and at delivery the patient is instructed how to whiten his teeth using the custom trays and gel. For In house Power Whitening the patient will have his teeth whitened in the office with a power solution administered on teeth with gums protected by barrier gels.

Over-the-counter bleaching agents are available for purchase at drug stores and pharmacies. However, there are many variations in these products and variations of the strengths of the bleaching agents some which may be harmful to gums and teeth. We do not recommend over the counter products due to the lack of monitoring the application of the product or the results.
