Financial Policy
Patient Billing
As a new patient, please take a few minutes to read our Financial Policy. This form can be found as part of your new patient forms. For your convenience we acceptVisa, MasterCard, CareCredit and Cash. We offer and deliver quality care to you at competitive costs. Payment is due at the time dental services are rendered. If you have dental insurance, we will estimate your co-payment which is due at each dental visit. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will make payment within a certain time frame. Generally, your statement reflects your insurance payments and personal payments, although with a few insurances the processing and payment time is quite lengthy. If your insurance has not made payment to us on your claim within a 30 day billing cycle your billing statement will be sent to you reflecting the outstanding balance without the insurance payment. Your prompt remittance of the total amount due is appreciated. We will be happy to issue you a refund as soon as your insurance pays your outstanding claim. In an effort to be cost effective we ask that you pay your outstanding balances in full as this will eliminate costs associated with additional billing and late penalties. Our office offers CareCredit for patients who would like to finance their dental treatment. Patients can apply to CareCredit at their own discretion via the internet or telephone. There are a variety of payment plans with Care Credit ranging from 0-18 months. We can assist you in submitting your application online in our office. If you have questions regarding your account, please call our office.
